The people are nice but that's as far as it goes.
I use 4 other banks but this bank is the worst I've ever dealt with, especially with a business account.
Not sure if it's on Santander's end or the manager.
To give you a brief run down:
I had my name added to a business account. Took me over an hour and a half to do it, sitting down with the manager. A week and a half later, needed to take some money out and took almost 2 hrs to figure out why my name hadn't been put on the account yet. It's been over a month and still haven't received my debit card. We ordered checks 2 weeks ago, still haven't received them.
Trying to get a login ID with the business and I felt like I was taking crazy pills- still haven't received my login info. So not sure who's fault this is. Moving to another branch to see.
Mean while, I've opened a business account with TD. Took 1/2 an hour; got a debit card right then, free blank checks that day, received my real checks within 4 days. Oh and online banking, was able to login that night and move money over. Unfortunately TD is too far from our business so we can't go there. Opening a new business checking account at another bank closer by although we're locked into a merchant acct with Santander for 3 years.
