Today, on March 18th, 2016 I have experienced the worst customer service at this location. Staff was rude and acted in a manner that made me feel that my business is not wanted. And that is considering that I represent multiple Business Accounts with substantial deposits and transactions throughout the year. All of that was caused by the fact that my previous deposits were containing a lot of coins, which teller was suggesting I should put all together into one, for her convenience. And that is despite the fact that those deposits were for different accounts and from different days.
Everything for your convenience, and not the customers. Really?
