This school was the best. This school is the best. The two prior negative reviews were correct Pratt is looking for gifted individuals. If you are looking to party for four years you have the wrong place. Pratt is looking for students who want success. Individuals that are ready willing and able to work hard. Pratt preparers you to be the best in you profession and enjoy that profession. I worked like a dog there and didn't realize the value till I got my "in profession" job. I excelled faster then coworkers from other schools. They couldn't think outside the box, I produced when they were left behind. Pratt is the best school on earth.

If you are looking for a true education and good experience, I strongly encourage you to explore other options. The institution is overpriced, disorganized, and just awful. For such a small school you would think they would focus highly on students and their individual needs. Not one department seems to know what is going on, it is very hard to come into contact with anyone. As an artist this is not a healthy place to further your skills! I speak from my own experience! I only was only in attendance for two days before I decided that the entire place was a sham! And after that I was charged a fee of $1200 for a "room cancelation" even after I filed the appropriate paper work. There is hardly anything good to be said about the institution. Please save yourself now and never attend school at Pratt Institute! I cannot stress this enough!
