Santander Bank

If i could give this branch 0 stars i would. I never leave bad reviews but this place is so deserving. I will never visit this branch again. The tellers here (except for one) as well as the branch manager are incompetent, abrupt, and rude. I had a problem at the drive thru about a recent change in their "policy" when depositing money into my checking account and when i left i decided to make some phone calls to further clarify the change in policy. Turns out the "policy" was not company-wide and in reality only exists at this branch. Huguenot; the pinnacle of all identification security protocol. I would have less hoops to jump through to take a rocket ship to the moon than to get the balance on my checking account when making a cash deposit. I totally understand asking for ID if i was withdrawing money from my account or cashing a check. I have been to this bank numerous times in the last 15 years. From independence, sovereign, si bank and everything in between. This branch should be shut down. Customer disservice and dissatisfaction are this branches specialty.
