Santagata was not good. After one year, I got very frustrated with the low quality of work and gave up and took care of my lawn myself. Santagata claimed to fertilize my lawn, but that never seemed to occur. After I fired them and fertilized myself, the lawn came to life.
Additionally, our town had a nasty thunder storm and a lot of our neighbor's trees fell over. By lucky break, all our trees were left standing. Nevertheless, Santagata tried to bill us for tree clean up.
In the end, lots of bills, very little service. I got rid of them.
