Empty shop on a Sunday afternoon in Nolita when there are thousands of shoppers out and about. Snippy person minding the store eyeing every move, offering forced helpfulness - makes for a very unpleasant browsing experience. I like the products but will get it elsewhere from now on.

I was expecting a great experience like what I had at the real Santa Maria Novella in Florence. Instead I received cold, rude, stuffy "service" and insanely overpriced products. It seems that this is basically double the cost of the real store in Italy!
