Have been treated splendidly professionally and on a compassionate level by Dr. Bansal since about 2007. He is very thorough, takes time with patients and explains things so they can be understood. His staff in also professional and extremely pleasant.

Great doctor and staff is very helpful and friendly.

Dr. Bansal is very thorough and knowledgeable. He's been able to give me helpful information regarding the reasons I've gone to see him. I was recently at the office and it was remodeled and looks amazing.

The 1 star rating is for the following: I've been waiting 2 weeks for an authorization number to have a test performed. I followed up to get the number today since I had not heard from the office and I was told that they are "too busy, short staffed and stressed right now" by the woman who answered the phone! She said she would "try" to get me the authorization number today and she wanted to argue when I told her that this was "unprofessional".

Well it is unprofessional to have a patient waiting two weeks and it's incredibly unprofessional to make your work-related stress my problem.

I hope that this can be improved because when it's all said and done, most patients will spend more time interacting with the doctor's staff than with the doctor himself.
