Sandreen's Bridals

This was the fourth store my sister and I went to so I could try on wedding dresses. The selection wasn't huge, but I loved many of the dresses. Donna (the owner's daughter) helped us and was extremely helpful! She was very maternal and honest about how some dresses might look better on me because of my petite stature. I truly felt like she cared about me picking the best dress for me. She spent plenty of time with my sister and me and gave us some space to discuss the dresses as well. I felt so comfortable with her that I even asked her for suggestions about shoes, hair, etc. She was the best salesperson I've worked with yet!

Our Sandreen experience was completely positive. I was shocked to see some of the reviews. We were treated courteously and professionally each and every time. Maureen and Donna went out of their way to accommodate us and were as anxious for us to have a wonderful wedding experience as we were. One of the bridesmaids was a pain and Maureen had the patience of a saint in handling her obsessive requests. The seamstress was also most knowledgeable and fitted each of us as if we had had each dress custom made instead of off the rack. Before people give a bad review, they should be honest about how they approached the situation. I can't say for sure, but if I had read some of the reviews before going to Sandreen's I might have decided against going there and that would have been a complete loss on our part.

My wife stopped in to search for a dress she needed for a gala event on my recommendation since Sandreen's was a customer of mine. Maureen (owner) didn't know who my wife was and treated her rudely. I'm truly surprised she's still in business. Might be time to hang up those boots if you've forgotten what simple customer service is all about.

I am a rather picky woman that likes the finer things in life. When I walked into Sandreen's, granted I was not impressed by its overall appearance, Donna won me right over. I just purchased my gown from Sandreen's after being to all of the upscale bridal shops in North Jersey (where they only treat you as a number/price tag rather than a bride) and I felt so comfortable there. Right from the get go Donna was extremely helpful and friendly with my mother, grandmother and I. I think some these brides are on their high horses going in there. Granted, it may not be esthetically pleasing on the inside, the service made up for that. The owners of these other bridal stores in the area are snooty and barely lift their head upon entering their store. Sandreen's, on the other hand, the woman are friendly, helpful, and affordable.... and alterations are free! I endeds up purchasing the same gown here that I had fallen in love with at one of the other stores, for a fraction of the price. The owners are friendly and helpful and nothing beats a mother daughter duo.
My word of advice, your a bride, enjoy your time as a bride and don't sweat the stupid, small stuff. You only get to be a bride once....

The older lady that works there, I am not sure if she's the owner or what not, but she was RUDE and completely UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
