I got new half soles on a pair of cowboy boots. He used super prime sole leather and put new edge dressing on. On the downside, communication with the owner is difficult, but he does good work. Also, he only accepts cash.
Costs (w/ tax):
Western boot full sole - $70
Western boot half sole - $35
Meltonian Creme Polish - $2.50
