Sand Castle

Staff was great and the venue was nice. Each of the rooms are on a different floor do you had to travel through a maze of stair cases. Also they didn't turn the A/C on until it seemed that everyone was sweaty. It was OK though, I had a great time.

I've been here for a few wedding and it's not spectacular. It's a pretty nice hall, but nothing to write home about. The last time i was there my server was really good and very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. I tipped him for helping me out all night. Sebastian was his name i think.

There are not enough stars nor a text box long enough to really capture what an incredible venue this is. My husband and I got married here Columbus Day weekend 2015 and can confidently say there is not one thing we would have done differently. From the start of this experience with Loula to the end with our bridal team and Mohammed-- on the night of our wedding, this venue has been top notch with professionalism, service and efficiency. In the beginning, Loula was available to tour the venue not only with myself and my husband, but made herself available for multiple family members and friends who wanted to see the place to give it the seal of approval before we booked. Loula never lost patience with us and always treated us like family, offering wine/drinks every time we came in....even for our final appointment! Loula also worked very hard to meet our price expectation... we feel we were given so much food and such a variety of food and drink compared to what other venues were asking in their very basic packages. The next staff we worked with closer to the wedding date was Mohammed---also a great experience. Mohammed knew what we wanted before we could get the words out. I would email him daily closer to the wedding with questions and he'd answer them within the day....I don't think we were ever told no...not once. Mohammed was always accessible, kind, and really understood our concerns and what we wanted on our big night. Finally we come to the wedding day...we had a stellar wedding team...Monica, Lucas, & Mo....who made myself, husband and guests feel attended-to and comfortable. If I made a request I would turn around and in 5 seconds there one of them would be, standing there with whatever I needed. It's 1 week after our wedding and I'm still getting calls our guests raving about how fantastic and in abundance the food was, how doting the staff was and how amazing and beautiful the venue was. We could not have asked for a better experience on our very special wedding day. Thank you to Sandcastle Staff for all your hard work, tireless patience, and commitment to professionalism.

Best Venue Ever! You won't be disappointed!!!! I wish I could get married everyday! Everything from the service to the food was out of this world amazing.

Words cannot describe how helpful and accommodating the staff at Sand Castle was at my 2/22/2015 wedding. Prepared to be blown away by the attentive staff and exceptional service. There was not one request that could not be granted. I was treated like royalty on my wedding day. My guests still cannot get over how good the food was and how the staff was so responsive. You really get your money's worth here let's not forget you are getting the entire venue to yourself no shared space with several other brides you have all the attention focused on YOU and your guests. If you want a mediocre wedding please feel free to visit the other halls. However, if you want an over the top experience and your guests to be wowed at every turn then definitely go to Sand Castle and ask for Mohamed tell him Cerena sent you. Promise you will not be disappointed.
