I've studied Martial Arts for over 25 years in New York, New Jersey and Maryland and simply put Sei Shihan Sana is one of the finest if not the finest Martial Artist I have ever seen. As an experienced student, there is no greater compliment I can give then to say I trust Sana Seido with my children. For the past 6 years, my sons have trained at Sana Seido, they have developed focus, skill and an appreciation for the art. I highly recommend Sana Seido.
