My husband & I went into San Marko to get a tux we purchased at Macy's altered and came out with a new tux :-)

John & Robert gave us excellent service, product knowledge and style advise. My husband that hates shopping was left feeling happy about his purchase. Congrats to San Marko for their overall professionalism. We will definitely be back and refer our friends and family.

I used San Marko Formals a few years back for a wedding rental and was very impressed with the personal service and help choosing the right style and fit for the occasion. I had the occasion to use them again recently and decided it was time to buy my first tux. The customer service was great and I appreciate the personal service Robert and the whole staff provided. I especially appreciate the time and effort they take to understand the customer, their personality and their needs before recommending a tux and what accessories would fit both style and budget. San Marko is definitely my store of choice for all of my formal wear needs. At this point, I cant imagine going anywhere else!

Had to go here for a tuxedo fitting for a wedding I was in. The staff were great and the gentleman who helped me was very easy to work with. It was a very good experience and my friends and I all walked out happy.

Firstly, the staff at San Marko are both professional and knowledgeable. I used San Marko for my wedding last year. Our suits looked fantastic. In addition, the personalized service we received can’t be found at other places. These folks go the extra mile to make sure you sparkle. As an example, my groomsmen and I ran late for an appointment. Even though the store was closing for the night, we were allowed in and given extra time to finalize our transactions.

As a result of the great experience with my wedding, I again used San Marko for a black tie event yesterday. The service was the same, absolutely amazing. These folks know how to treat people and that’s something that is critical to any buying experience.

My husband and I can not say enough great things about San Marko. We went in two weeks before our wedding and needed two custom tuxes made and 10 rentals and without a moment of hesitation they took care of us until the very end.
The majoirty of our rentals were for family members who live out of the country and were only coming in the day before the wedding. They helped us translate the sizes and set up a time to do fittings totally based around their schedule and turned around the alterations the same day.
The custom tuxedos that were made for my husband and father in law looked absolutely spectacular and fit them both perfectly.
Their customer service went so far above and beyond that when there was an issue with a pair of rental pants for one of our ring bearers on the day of our wedding, Geno drove out to our wedding location and brought a new pair of pants- so above and beyond.
There is no question that we will go to them for all of our future needs. They genuinely cared that everything was successful for us and never complained about the craziness we brought to them:)
