- Terrible #101905

Called the Note 7 exchange line and the outsourced customer service was AWFUL ! They do not speak or understand English very well . Very Condescending ! $900 phone and 10 cent service ! Guess I will take my business elsewhere. Totally Disappointed

My Samsung washer imploded while I was washing a waterproof mattress cover. The customer service person, Andrew Lugo was terrific and very helpful!! John Moon, who assisted with my warranty and issued a refund was also great! I can't say enough about how well this company stands behind their excellent products!

- Poor #101907

Built on a former garbage dump. Limited parking. Merging on the ramp to 80 means you basically take your life into your own hands. Nearby overpeck park is very nice though
