Got one of Samsung's "smart" washers. NOT very smart of me. The washer EXPLODED and could have harmed me or my four children. It ruined the cover I had in it and I had to purchase another one. I called Samsung thinking this would be a simple process and I would have a new washer in no time. I had to spend my personal money to get a new washer and I still don't have resolution from Samsung four weeks later. They approved my refund on the 20th but I have yet to get it (they stated it would take up to a week) and today is 02.01.16. The person who took my initial chat would not provide me the information I requested (info on the department my info was going to). I did not get a call back within the time frame the initial rep from the chat said. I had to call and be on hold for a hour (during lunch while I am at the gym) to have my service appointment scheduled. I then got a call from Samsung's third party to fix my washer. They were trying to charge me $150 dollars to come and look at my washer..it exploded. No need to look at or charge me $150...it is not fixable The third party also stated that my washer only had a one year warranty and Samsung does not tell their customers about the $150 service charge. Samsung was nice enough to offer me a refund even though the washer is 14 months (which they should have since an explosion is not normal wear and tear). I then got an email from Andrew in the corporate office. He asked for pictures of the washer and for me to fill out a form. I got the form filled out and sent it back to Andrew the same day along with the pictures. I then got the email to choose my refund preference. I was told via that email they had received by form (by Andrew) and my refund preferences via the auto email. Waited over a week for no funds. Emailed Andrew and got no reply. I then received a call today from Melissa who works at Samsung stating I have not gotten my refund since I have not turned in my paperwork. I was very upset at this point since Andrew told me he had gotten my form. I have asked for Andrew's manager's name twice and have not gotten that information. I love my Samsung phone but their appliances are not good quality. I will not buy another foreign appliance. I hope no one goes through what I had to just to get a refund.

I bought a Samsung refrigerator two years ago. It had to be repaired within weeks. And again and again and again...total of 5 times in 2 years. And now, the SAME issue is happening again.
Tried working with their customer service, and once they sent a tech out at no cost.
This fridge is a lemon, and should have been replaced when it had issues so quickly after purchase.
I will never ever buy a samsung appliance again.

Samsung produces TVs with known "bad" parts. The problem stems from poor quality and engineered capacitors. Samsung honors a warranty to repair it if you report the problem within 36 months of the manufactured date (not the date you purchased it). Samsung has lost this customer ...forever!

Purchased a BD-3000s DELUXE inflate Blood Pressure Monitor with Heart Sense six months ago. Opened it for the first time today, no function whatsoever. Called the Healthy Living Division, explained my dilemma and received a no receipt can't help response. Asked to speak to supervisor, requested a name but was stonewalled.

Left a message for Samsung Legal to discuss this issue and await their call back. Next call to investor relations before sharing this through social media. Beware of Samsung Blood Pressure Monitors and Customer service. More to follow
