Samsung 837

A really cool experience getting to know the Samsung products. They also have a service area for you to fix your devices so that's a huge plus and a lot faster than sending your phone in for repair. They have a coffee shop with some treats inside so you can buy a coffee and a cake or whatever without leaving the store. Definitely recommend playing around with the Virtual Reality (Gear VR).

I will start by saying that my issue hasn't been resolved yet. I went in to this location to make an appointment to have my screen fixed on my S7 Edge and they said I have to make the appointment online. When I go to the site, nothing is available for weeks and the site calendar didn't make it clear when the next opening even was. So I called and someone guided me on the site. I put in ALL of my info and made the appointment. Day comes to get my phone fixed and I call 4 times since I didn't receive any kind of conformation or reminder. Number wasn't working. I get to the store to find out the part isn't in. The guy who tried to help claims they tried calling me but that my number wasn't provided (which it was along with my email). Now I have to go back into the city on a weekday night because they didn't have the part despite the fact that I made this appointment weeks in advance. I'm livid. Update to come soon. Manager at Samsung better make this right when I return or this review will shared in as many places that I can post it.

The store has a really great display for all of their electronics, as well as a spacious event space and interactive displays for customers to check out. It's definitely a very entertaining space to bring your friends, and the service is also very kind and respectful! I particularly enjoyed the aesthetics of the space, as well as the sound quality of their performance and presentation area. They also feature a generously enormous screen animation, an Instagram-photo experience, a 360 photo room, and other assorted experiences.

The Samsung experience store at 837 Washington Street is horrific! Definitely not a welcoming place or atmosphere; Samsung, I hope you take note! The staff here are very rude and really need to be trained to work with people of all backgrounds. The Chinese staff (Cantonese speaking) picked up his cell phone from his dad and was very annoying actually. He needs the most training out of all the staff. It's terrible, avoid!

Loved it. I didn't need any tech support which you can get here, just wanted to check out the place and it's very cool. First thing that strikes you is the interior and the contract between screens and gadgets everywhere and the wooden ceiling and tables. Very high tech feeling. Staff here are very friendly and there are a lot of them. You can experience all Samsung latest products but this is NOT a store, so you can't but it. The second floor is full of spots just to hang out or work, with phone chargers everywhere. There is also a nice café there which I actually really liked.
If you like tech, you will like this place.
