Their tire service dept is terrible. There is never anyone at the counter which means you have to hunt someone down for help. They take for ever the work on one car and there is two guys on 1 car at a time. They spend most of their time talking and laughing it up in the shop, and when you try to get their attention they have an attitude. Next time I might go somewhere else, which sucks cause Sam's has the best prices.
