I go out of my to go to Sam's because bagel stop is just so busy all the time. Every time I go to Sam's they manage to completely screw up your order, I understand if it happens here and there but now it's a frequent thing. Today was my last time there!

Just got a tuna melt from there. It was not good at all. The tomatoes were literally WHITE from not being ripe and I ordered it on white bread. When I opened it the white bread was not even toasted. Who makes a Tuna Melt and doesnt toast the bread !!!??? It was literally inedible and the tomatoes really grossed me out - they were clearly white - why would you look at those and think its ok to put on the sandwich. Not recommending or going back.

Best flat bagels I've ever had. About a year ago, I went so much they started memorizing my order. Toasted everything flat with salmon spread and tomato!

WORST BAGEL SHOP EVER. I went there to get a bagel with cream cheese and they managed to completely mess it up. Instead of cutting the bagel down the center 50/50 it was cut at about 95/5 so the bottom piece was falling apart. The cream cheese was literally just a frozen glop of cheese, smack in the center. It was so gross I could not eat it. also, on top of everything else- THIS PLACE IS SOOOOOO DIRTY!!! There are PLENTY of other bagel shops on Hamburg TPK, so AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!
