Had my first experience at Sam & Chris today and it was excellent. The shop is great, and everyone is very nice. Customer service is definitely a priority here. Sam was attentive and did a great job with my hair - I feel like I have a different head of hair and I love it. If you live in the Upper West Side, this is an excellent, hidden gem of the UWS.

I am a regular costumer of Sam. the least I can describe his work is magic. The hair coloring is amazing. Sam knows exactly what fits your skin color and gives you kindly his advice about any coloring ideas. The kindness and welcoming from him and his staff makes you feel comfortable and cozy. As for the hair styling, Sam is absolutely the best. Every time I have a different hair cut and a new look and my friends love it and say I look gorgeous. Any advice about your hair whither, damaged, dry or tired, simply ask Sam; he is a real expert, and his piece of advice always work. The bottom line, if you wanna look amazing and new every time, just go to Sam and Chris Hair Salon and you will be 100% satisfied, just like me :)
