I worked for them for a month and a half. My first week they put me in different trucks and most were garbage and put me in a bad position with dot. The dispatchers have no clue where your load is at and you can spend hours looking for it. If you argue with dispatchers over safety issues, find yourself the bad guy and then they find anyway to fire you. There safety dept looks the other way to there unsafe equipment and if you get ticketed for driving there garbage equipment there safety dept is quick to hang you high and dry. Anyone who has worked there knows what i say is the truth. The owner also puts his head in the sand on his maintenence of his trucks, bring it up to him and this man will use any tactic or excuse to fire you. A bad experience working there and find out for yourself if you think im wrong. Im suprised they havent been shut down yet. They also have family ,friends of family,all who work there are loyal to keeping there jobs,believe me if you complain to there safety dept about issues such as tractors and trailers that shouldnt be on the road,they dont give a shit.they attack the drivers instead of there very poor maintenance dept. They tell you to bring truck to back of building,no paper work, and if you put issue on qualcom no on responds to it. You tell mechanic and in my case issue wasnt fixed until they lost the delivery,and of course its the drivers fault. My first day i rode along with another driver to train me. After hour or two he told me he had no driving hours left,i said how are you driving when you are out of hours? He said management doesnt care and i take a chance. I should have known then how corrupt this company is. Also if you tell the arrogant owner of any issues or he feels you have a brain,he will get rid of you. Stay away from this company, the driver means shit to them and why there always looking for drivers.
