I went to this Salon 3 weeks within 1 month. Each visit I got a wash and blow out with Donna with junior stylist- $15 dollars fri/sat. The first visit was great. Donna took her time and the results were great and long lasting. The second visit, I had a 15 minute wait, less time was spent on my hair, the results were not as good. The third visit, I was seen instantly, however the results were horrible the bounce in my hair and flips on at the ends of my layers went flat and frizzy 2-3 hours after it was done. Throughout all 3 visits the service and time spent on my hair reduced greatly. I have not returned since.
BTW: I am indian with long, workable hair.
