does anyone know where Luda is working now???

Recently had a negative experience here. One of the colorists was not happy about being asked to fix my hair after I repeatedly told her during the process I didn't believe it is what I wanted. She expected me to come back another day (this is not the first time). Well, I was paying for the service and have a very busy schedule so coming back another day was not an option for me. She proceeded to berate me in her chair (couldn't leave as my hair needed to be fixed) while the owner cowardly peaked her head around the corner and conveniently disappeared. I was contacted a few days later by one of their staff members to offer someone else to fix it. Very nice thought, wrong person to deliver this message. The owner should have stopped her unprofessional, inappropriate hairdresser while she was yelling at me and acting like a teenager. At the very least, she should have been the one to call and apologize.

Buyer beware! Make sure you ask the price or you will end up paying $250.00 plus for a simple hair cut. These guys think they are located in NYC on the upper east side, instead of a Jersey shopping center
that they are located in. Wow, and they were not that good, either.
