Salon Josefina's Unisex

Horrible service. An individual went to the store. Josefina made me wait and she took the client that went to the store. I've been here since 12:30pm. Time now is 2:39. Now she starts working on my hair. I won't be coming back

I was not satisfied with how Josefina did my hair at all. I had to go home and do some more blow drying on my edges. I don't want to sound disgruntled but I take my hair seriously and was very upset with how it came out. I stopped relaxing my hair awhile ago and was expecting a Great blowout all she did was pass the blower a few times not really getting my edges or inside roots or my ends. My ends looked crazy. I had to tell her to blow some more WHY? didnt she see how it looked? It looked bad. I woke up after doing a wrap with puffy hair. im very upset because before coming here i went religously to someone else weekly and because she was not available i came here. I know what my hair is capable of looking like and this looks like i did it myself. She needs to learn how to blow out hair also the lady working with her needs to speed it up she constantly stops and texts she is really slow doing rollers. I will never go back nor will I recommend anyone here.

Salon Josefina is a place where you come and feel comfortable and relax. The atmosphere is quiet pleasant. The Hairstylist are very professional and do a wonerful job. I have seen many of the customers give praise to their Hairstylist and have recommended others to come.
