Go in the evening on a weekday. You'll be in and out quick. I believe it's open till 9pm, which is great.

The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Sometimes the colour is different to the bottle though, so make sure you ask for a 3rd layer (especially with Shellac). I recommend the $12 massage, which is fantastic.

They can sometimes be very slow and their massage chairs need to be upgraded, however, I am always happy with the service I receive and the people are very friendly. I also like that they have a punch card which allows you to get a free manicure after 10 purchases.

I go to this nail salon to get a 20 min back massage that was given to me as a Christmas gift on my lunch break. The person who massaged me is named Sue who asked how do i like it? I said soft but she was rough and I had to repeat soft please. The massage was over and she quickly gets my jacket and proceeds to put it on me as I'm still sitting in the chair....which I thought oh she is being overly helpful and nice. I go to my office and take my jacket oh to find that she had ripped my sweater and she was eager to put my jacket on to hide it before I made my way to the front. I called the salon immediately and I told the woman who answered what happened. She speaks with the Sue who tells her my sweater was already broken. I said no it was not. My co-workers would've told me hey your sweater is broken...on the contrary I was complimented on the design of the back of my sweater that morning. The woman who answered then said, we don't break sweaters...I said well you did this time and the lady huffs on the phone and tells me to call back later and speak with Tony. I ask who Tony is and she smugly says, the manager. And I ask what time does he come in. After 4pm...And I hung the phone up. Lets see what Tony says later

This isn't a review which reflects the poor girls working but for the miserable SOB who seems to run the place. He's loud, arrogant and very rude. I'm easy to please and never feel the need to write negative reviews -- but don't pay them the courtesy of giving them your money. I'll happily shell out more money elsewhere for better customer service.
