Man the oxtail is to die for here. Im just angry everytime i go no sweet plantains

I used to frequent the restaurant,stopped because of attitude and sloooow service . Stopped by this morn for ackee (since Nickys is on vacation) 830am no one on restaurant but me sloooow service slow to get my meal.Ooooh well some things don't change . Food ok though .

Sally's always always have great west indian food. I Loved the Curry goat, Steamed Veggie and White rice with some Carrot juice.

I've been to a couple of Jamaican restaurants and they all give horrible customer service. This one in particular, the attitude was disgusting. I refuse to tolerate attitude from a Jamaican restaurant worker. If you don't like your job leave. The food is good but not good enough to keep a customer when the service is horrible. If it wasn't for my Jamaican girlfriend I wouldn't even be in these horrible restaurants. Her brother said he was in this restaruant when the worker was arguing with another customer on the phone. That was incredibly unprofessional. Looking at these reviews, I'm certain I will never go to this restaurant again. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This morning I called this restaurant, April,4 2015 at 9:30am. She was really rude I called for cornmeal porridge and I was placing another order and she hung up the phone on me. I called back and she yelled at me when I asked for her name and the manager, she hung up again. I recorded her on my phone and I'm prepared to take it to her manager. I will be arriving at that restuarant with my husband this afternoon to resolve this issue. I will never buy from this restaurant again and I will make sure to spread the word on yelp and better business bureau also to people I know. This is untolerable. No one deserves to be hung up on like that.

Jamaican restaurants needs to stop hiring Jamaican people if they can't deliver quality customer service. You will lose business.
