Blithering idiots. 5 year old daughter split her chin, they marked it as "elected plastic surgery" to stitch her up. All BC/BS asked was that they leave in the emergency coding and remove the "elected plastic surgery" code and resubmit for them to pay (they paid the emergency room ASAP, no problem) - Patel and staff "refused" but offered to knock $4,500 off the bill for the 45 minutes of her time to put 7 stitches in my daughters chin - so now I have to pay it, it doesn't got towards my deductible AND they get paid less - again idiots. Can't find another explanation. - oh and by far the most snooty office I have been in EVER - and I have been to other plastic surgeons.
