Don't believe any good reviews there all fake or written my them, if you write a negative review somehow they get buried Sal will quote you one price and when they have your car it will be that needs to be fix, that needs to be fix, this is broken, that's not working Plan on pays $2000 or $3000 no matter what. Hi this is Tom (95 Impala ss Black) I wouldn't go to anyone but SAL! And im very picky. This guy did my trans for good quality and a fair price. Never any issues. I recommend this guy on the ISSCA site for GM owners.
All the other shops I been to in the area are nasty , rude and don't want your biz. But sal accomadates you and tells you what your getting!!!

One of the guys not sure his name helped me out with my 1999 volkswagen passat. its was in "limp mode". After days of going from one shop to the other no one knew how to help me. sals helped me IN 5 MINUTES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my car was in shops for over 3 days !!!! dealer wanted to charge me 450 $ Sals did it for FREEE he wouldnt even take the 20 dollar tip i offered him !!!! it was simple just a fuse but he kept it honest and did it for free and for that i thank him sooo much !!

Could not decide what to do after burning a transmission on my 2007 GX 470 Lexus. To replace it with a used one from a junk yard, buy a rebuild one or to rebuild my original trany... was a difficult choice as I wanted to keep this car and did not want to regret my decision as transmissions can be very tricky to work on. After going back and forth pricing all my options, I decided to rebulit my exicting trany, and after looking in to several shops gave it to Sal's as I figured they have been in business for a very long time and have to know what they are going after all these years, and they are very busy.

We did agree on a very fair price, I was even willing to pay more just to make sure everything would be done right! It did take several days, but they kept me updated on the progress. I waited some time before leaving this review to make sure that everything works fine. But now I can tell you that everything works better then fine, but GREAT It has been more then 3 months since, and I can say transmission is even smoother and better then it was. Guys were very nice and definitly give them a 5 star rating, they even helped me with a rental and drove me there. Thanks a lot guys, my car runs great and I will keep it for years to come. I would definitly recommend Sals Transmission based on my experience with them.
