Great sushi, highly recommend it and the seafood soup

Very rude staff. I had ordered a to go sushi box, and when I asked for extra soy sauce for my multiple rolls, I was informed I would have to pay extra for even one more packet. Fine. You're cheap, I get it, that in of itself wouldn't have caused this review.

Once I walked the ten blocks home, I opened my bag to find the completely wrong order. There was literally one table in the place and myself, how did they manage that feat of incompetence?!

I walked all the way back with my order and asked to speak to the manager. He offered to give me a twenty percent discount on future purchases....I considered the offer, until I saw the same waitress who messed up on my order in the first place, REMOVING, yes REMOVING the two soy packets I was allotted for the new make up order....since I had already received my two allowed packets before with the messed up order. WOW just wow

The salmon was slimey as a final cou de etat. Avoid at all costs. Find somewhere that cares about the quality of their food and the happiness of their customers.

The worst delivery service I've ever received. Rude delivery guy, yelled at me over the phone, and yelled in my face in my building, just because I picked up his phone call 1 minute late. I complained about him to the restaurant. Minutes later, I received the phone call from the delivery guy and he yelled at me again "YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN!!!!" As soon as I said "hold on one sec because I am going to record this phone call...", he hung up.

It is funny but sad because his craziness went beyond unbelievable.... will never order from there again although I love Japanese food to death and this is the only one that delivers to where I live.

I adore this place. The sushi is great, and the atmosphere is lovely. I've never had any problems with the staff or service.
