Made an appt several days in advance for 10am Sat, the only time I had available before an event. Walked in at 10am and was first ignored by the woman behind the counter who was eating and talking on the phone. Then, when she wouldn't acknowledge me, I asked and was told Margarita (the woman my appt was with) won't be in for at least an hour and there was no one else to provide a haircut. Rude, unprofessional, ridiculous. NEVER go here!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
