This place 9 years ago was amazing!!!
Today was the worst day ever!!!!!!!
This new bartender named Felipe has no customer service!!!!! We got there and I've been going there to eat the cheese balls for a very long time!!!
I got there and he didn't even greet us!!!!!
We were there for a while!!!
Until the other one came in and said hi all happy and this Felipe was rude and snached the menu's from our hand and said there wasn't good. I know Sagres and I know the kitchen was open!!!!
This place is a disgrace!!!
Sagres please come back how it used to and the old bartenders too!!!!

Had my birthday party at this venue this past friday. I had called weeks in advance to let them know that me and about 15 of my friends would be coming. I was told that all would be fine. That after a certain time the tables would be moved so that the people that wanted to dance could. Well, this never happened. Also, the waiting staff was terrible. There was a young lady at the bar that couldn't speak english. And, Phillipe, I believe was his name, was so rude, it was unbelievable. He never once spoke to me. He was rude to all of my guests. He wouldn't take their orders. It was a nightmare. Fortunately, there was a tall blond waiter that took over and he made the night a little better. The music is good. The food is good. But it is entirely too small to have a dj and sell yourself as a place where one can have a birthday party. If it weren't for the love of the people around me that evening, my birthday would have been ruined. The one star is for the dj and the food.
