They will not treat you nicely if you don't call and make an appointment. The woman in the 4th chair is very rude and rough with manis. Also the woman in the last chair is rude. You tell her you dont want your nails cut and she will cut them anyway. If anything, I recommend to get your nails done by the 2 gentlemen, they are fabulous.

Staff is really sweet and attentive. Mani and Pedi special from Mon - Wed ($35!). The con is that there's street parking where you have to put quarters in the meter. But if you tell your spa attendant where your car is parked, they keep an eye on it for you and put quarters in the meter if need be. I've been to places where the service was quick but sloppy. Here, they're super quick (both mani and pedi within an hour!) and the results are beautiful. Definitely recommend.
