I have a 2015 bmw 5 series with heads up display. Safelite sent the wrong glass 2x. Then promised to send 2 techs and lower the price for the inconviemience and did not do either. The worst company ive delt with and i am a auto sales broker. Lol DO NOT USE!!!!

This is the 2nd time we've used Safelite in the past 2-3 years (different vehicles of course!) We were so happy with the updates and texts we received prior to the technician arriving and the professional quality of the work that was done. It's so refreshing for a company to do what they say, when they say and for the price they quoted ~ thanks Safelite!

I had my front windshield broken recently and replaced by Safelite. It was suggested Safelite by my insurance. They do good job by providing mobile service and that too on weekends. Also, the customer service representatives are nice and helpful to schedule you a suitable appointment day/time. Only thing I would tell everyone to be extra cautious would be making sure that your CSR is ordering correct windshield or side window glass based on car's VIN number. I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my front windshield fix due to wrong glass ordered by one of my CSR.

I had my windshield replace and it was quick and easy. The car looks great, no leaks, and they did a great job. I felt like i barely waited and they have cable tv with the remote to change channels in the waiting room for your convenience. I'm glad I went there :)
