Safelite came to replace the windshield on my car. I took time off work to meet them. They brought the wrong glass. There was no offer to obtain the correct glass and return that day. I was offered another day during the week, so I would have to take off work again. I refused. I had to wait until the next available weekend appointment, or 8 days. No accommodation was made for me to correct their error.
When Safelite returned, the windshield was successfully replaced. However, my rear view mirror was put back on at an angle. It now cuts off my field of vision and changes position when I change the position for bright lights behind me and then flip back.
