Safelite AutoGlass

Got the job done quick and fast and glass looks better then new. Only problem just make sure you check or lock most of your valuables. Missing one of my charger box for my vehicle and my fiancé pink iPhone cord. Which I have no idea what any man would do with a pink cord.

I needed glass for the back window for my car, and they gave me the run around. They said they would have the glass and they gave me an appointment to go over and when I got there they did not have it. They did that twice with me and they said they are shipping the glass. It's been several days and they still do not know when it's going to arrive.

Showed up early before work. They didn't install the Window for an hour and 15 even though I was 2nd person there and it should only take 30 min. Then told me I had to wait extra time for it to dry. I've had a window changed before and helped the safelite guy do it. It took 20 minutes and he was gone. And to top it off guy game in later and they quoted him 45 min. Thanks guys, keep up the great work.........
Just left and all 4 cars were done at the same time even though one came in almost 45 min after me. Obviously they were to lazy to move cars, way to go guys. This place is garbage.

Had to replace a side mirror to pass NY inspection. Called Safelite on Fri evening and scheduled an appointment for Sun morning at 8 am. Guy on the phone told me the required glass was a common part and would be in stock at the location. Wasn't a fan of waking up so early on a Sun, but that was the only time that really worked so I sucked it up. I drove over from Staten Island bright and early on Sun morning, arriving right on time at 8 am. Unfortunately, no one arrived until 8:20, and they didn't even apologize for their tardiness. To make matters worse, I was then informed that the glass had not arrived yet and there was no way they could fix my mirror. These guys didn't even have the courtesy to call me and tell me not to bother coming. Shame on SafeLite for their disorganization and lack of respect for their customers.

While other shops wanted to replace the whole windshield, these guys successfully injected the stone chip with some resin (or whatever it is) and saved my insurance a few hundred dollars. They were done by the time I returned from Dunkin' with a coffee.
