The staff was and is phenomenal! Everyone was very, very professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and caring!! I love how bright and clean the facility is! I love how you are given options in case a financial problem arises. I love how your payment reminder is sent to you well in advance and payment can be and is received in advance! I am not only extremely impressed with Safeguard Storage, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!!!

Customer service is so so, daytime staff much better than evening staff. Rates a bit over than it could be.

If you value your possesions do not fall behind with payments they will sell all of your property, they wont even work with you.

Great storage. Clean facility. Friendly staff. Ok rates (raised rates before a full year). The other problem, wish they had later operating hours on the weekends :-(
