Saddle Brook Hotels

No signage for the hotel, lobby and attached restaurant were sketchy looking. Elevator had huge gouges in the wall and some of the floor paneling coming up. The room was decent, but cigarette burns in the sheets, hot water was more like luke-warm, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed and bleached in about a year.

Had complimentary breakfast as part of a block reservation I was a part of. Eggs were cold. Only reason it got 2 stars was because the room itself was decent (although expensive for what was given).

This place definitely feels like a once great hotel that was purchased by someone who is very cheap and decided to neglect many facets of the hotel experience and go for a budget strategy where you are Nickle and dimed everywhere. Pros: room was clean and spacious, location was good, the place has really good bones in general. Cons: virtually no amenities (seriously guys, it doesn't cost much to have a proper, free coffee bar in the lobby and some bagels for your guests), some aspects of the room worked less than stellar, no landscaping whatsoever, staff seemed a little less than competent (although they were nice). Overall, this could be a really nice hotel if the owner just invested a little in it. As it stands, I'd say a C+/B-.

Hotel was fine. Based off reviews I was expecting a horrible hotel, but room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a small hole I'm one of the covers. I would stay again

This hotel is horrific. Very dirty ... Rooms hallways bathroom everything!
Pillows had a lot hair on them... Water coming from walls n light fixtures. Absolutely not safe.. Pics in website are old. This facility is not safe! Disgusting n dirty. This place MUST be shut down!!!

They advertise free breakfast.....none
On site eatery..........never open
This place is cheap and not worth the money.
I was here 4 nights.
Handle for shower fell off.
Slow or no onternet.
Only good thing I have to say is I did not see any type of bugs
