Saddle Brook Car Wash

The cleanliness as far as the exterior of the vehicle is satisfactory. As a monthly customer I feel that management should run the vacuum portion of the establishment in a much better fashion. I believe there are 7 or 8 vacuums in total but only 2 or 3 or usually functioning. The ones that are functioning are many times treated as if they are a place to detail the entire interior of ones car rather than just vacuum it, quite time consuming and inconsiderate. This forces me to pay for vacuums elsewhere which is a huge inconvenience when you're paying monthly rates to wash your car you would expect it to be done in one place. Management should really figure our a better system for this. The majority of the staff are quite pleasant but 2 of them unfortunately take away from the positive experience with the other staff. If things don't improve I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I have all my fleet there very decent Car wash fast service busy all the time but still faster than other car washes especially with unlimited washes I don't worry about my cars i can always wash them in no time any time

By far the worst car wash I have ever been to. Not only did they do a terrible job, but they were also extremely rude. I paid $20 including tip ($17+$3). I should have checked my vehicle before leaving, but couldn't bc the nasty "dryer" was screaming at me to pull away bc I was holding the line up. When I got home I saw that they did not touch my wheels (which were supposed to be cleaned and brightened as part of the package I purchased). My car was soaking wet, which is why I didn't pull away, I thought someone was going to dry it, but instead some miserable nasty worker just screamed that I was done and to leave. Not only will I never go back to this car wash, but I will let everyone that brings up a car wash know to stay away from this dump. Take some pride in the product you put out, and try to do quality work, not quantity. This place is clearly more concerned with volume, not customer service. If this place is the only car wash open, you are better off doing it yourself or waiting an extra day and going somewhere that does a decent job.

First time I come around here but I Google car wash because I needed a vaccum, and to my surprise worring about changing a dollar to quaters they have FREE vaccums!!! Idk but it doesn't get better than free. I did not wash my car but the people drying the cars are nice hard working people.

1st time there attendant was rushinh you in, had a cocky and blatantly rude, asked how hum for just regular was, he comented dont you know, i said no, first time here, i asked him why do you have to be that way with me? I refused to give my money to bplace with a rude butt head...then looked for a manager and nowhere to be found cause another perso. Was not eager to give a minimal sevice, called and no one ever answered phone to notify of the intentional rudeness,
