The wait is outrageous. Asked manager if my party of 10 can seat in his back seating which was empty. The orential manager said NO wait.
Unpleasant dispostion and in a community that is of Latin culture adding that we money makers and are educated should be treated as such.

Ordered churrasco mid rare came fully cooked and tasteless was so pissed actually burnt tasted like an egg. I dint get my order right beans tasted bad (im dominican eat this all the time) bad experience... and mojito was bad, salad with no salad sause or dressing at all... food was cold now in summer time i didnt heat it up i was soo hungry... terrible experience.. will not order here ever againn ... they sent your food in carton box like chinise food by the way...... fist time in my life that i seen that... look elsewere for food not here..

Worst experience here the manger is horriable at manging does not know what customer service means. And the person taking the order is very rude. I got my order wrong and the person who took the order claimed that that was what i had order after there were people around me when i ordered and clearly saw what i had ordered.! The food got here super oily and i had tipped the guy for making it on time. Worst experience ever.
