Sabrina Hair Braiding

Bad customer service and very rude.......... don't waste your time and money.

I give four stars for the simple fact that I was in the shop getting my hair done longer then expected for a middle part with braids and a sewn in. One lady took so long to finish my hair it was ridiculous the shop was about to close for a hair style that takes close to an hour 1/2. Mine you I called in a head of time they told me to come in I would be serviced. I got in around 3 and didn't get out until 8. She used so much of the hair for the braids it was ridiculous. She said the hair wasn't long enough for the braids but I had a 14 and a 16in hair. I thought 12 wasn't long enough. But I can say the second lady who started to sew my hair in did a great job she was fast and did the best she could with the little bit of hair left. I didn't get mad with her she was helping out it wasn't her fault. Idk I think she was Sabrinas daughter not sure but she runs the shop whn Sabrina not there. She even ask to curl my hair for me but at that point I had chicken to pick up and still get dress for the party I originally got my hair done for. But once I got home I curled it myself. Hairstyle turned out great.

I have been going to Sabrina's since 2013 and I'm always satisfied and she has reasonable prices. I not only get my hair braided but I take my daughter she has long natural hair.I must say they do a good job. However the owner cursed me out because I was upset that I was in her shop from 11am and left 7 pm.. We both was arguing with each other because she thought she could come in and scream at me.. I will never go back to her establishment again..

Horrible people skills. Not professional. The girl swore up and down ahe knew how to do the goddess braid. Showed her the picture three times. She still didnt do it right. Waited almoat 3 hours. For one dam braid !!!
Wont get that off again.

It would be a even better salon if some of the workers showed respect. Other than that Sabrina is one of the best shops I've allowed to braid my hair.
