Nothing but excuses and problems from SS. Just talked to some man who was described by the operator who answered the phone as "The Boss" who was completely rude and making excuses as to why an order placed on Monday at 9PM can't be delivered on time by Thursday. Yes, the delivery window of between 12noon and 3pm is tight, but when the driver calls on Thursday and says he can't make it and can he come between 10am Friday, & he's told OK, & then the delivery doesn't show up, who's fault is that?? Rude "Boss" says it's Mine.
Well, "Boss", It Ain't Mine 'cause I cancelled the order.
By the way, this order problem wasn't the first one. Out of 16 orders only a few have been without problems. Seems that the company has too much business for what they can comfortably handle. Incompetence of their delivery scheduling doesn't help.
