I got my Visa & Air ticket work done up by Mr. Sharad Agarwal ( S N Travels & Tours Inc ) the rate charged was very reasonable, he displayed a very high proficiency in his dedicated fast work and was very transparent and honest in all what he said, I treat such prompt service as " Customer satisfaction ", which is very very important in a business.

The owner Sharad Agarwal was very polite and he spoke fluent Gujarati with me so I felt comfortable. The prices were very affordable. I definitely recommend SN Travel for good OCI service.

Really Disappointed. When they answer the phone, don't even say company's name, very unprofessional. Second if you tell them that there is a better price on the internet and they will straight up say go buy it from there instead of some kinda better offer or any bargaining, very rude.

I worked with Sharadbhai to obtain my OCI card. Very responsive and helpful throughout the process. It took about 3.5 months in total. I would recommend SN Travel.

I dealt with this company several weeks back. Sad to say that they are very disorganized with their communication and I had to drop my service with them since I couldn't get in touch with them! They were nice initially and all was fine until they failed to respond to my urgent calls reg. flight information. I ended up booking with another travel agency. When I told the rep that I couldn't get in touch with them, he was so defensive! Ugh...anyway, I got a better deal elsewhere, so I am glad it worked out the way it did. I wouldn't recommend this company to any of my friends.
