This contractor DOES NOT know what he is doing. This contractor, Steve J Young from Cedar Grove, ripped out a level linoleum kitchen floor and installed a new floor so poorly that the new floor sagged at a 1.5 inch slope!!! His crew was scheduled to come back and fix it 6 times - each time they didn't show, didn't call and now, a year and a half later, I am taking SJ Young to court.
I have also been told by him that he has several liens against him due to multiple lawsuits so I won't be able to get any money out of him. Save yourself - do not use SJ Young and Associates from Cedar grove NJ.
