Worst vet ever

I have to say they that everyone at this office has been wonderful. Both times we went to the Vet office for our animals they were very helpful and synthetic. The first time was an emergency for our hamster and they had just closed up. Even though they were closed for the day they helped us. They explained everything in detail and helped to sooth my sons fears for his pet. The next was for our cat. The Dr. was wonderful and took his time. And let us have our time with our pet so that we could have our final moments with him. When ever we have come in for a routine vet visit they were great. They don't try to make you pay for more then what needs to be done. I would have to say they really do care about you and your pets.

One rude one at front desk. The tall one with long light hair obviously knows her job, but her customer service personality is absent. The Doctors and Technicians were extremely friendly, but you have to encounter the front desk first which gives off a very bad impression. The two short girls are nice, but it is obvious they cower away from the rude one - she must be the manager.

They are very qualified and will help you with your needs, but they are rude and make you wait at least half an hour before every appointment.
