I am so disappointed in the service we received. It was absolutely awful. After telling them we chose not to have the work done (because 3 different mechanics told us it was a simple fix that the dealer could do and Ford quoting us a $1,000 job having absolutely nothing to do with what we brought it in for) we were told with a lot of attitude and frustration that they would call us back after checking one more thing. As a courtesy I called to let them know I would be picking my car up at 5:30 when my husband finished work, they were closed. The website promoted a 7:30 pm closing time. There was no way for me to get my car until 7:30am the next morning. The men on the sales floor could not help me and I was never given the courtesy of knowing closing time. I would not recommend working with this dealership.

Rob Pierro was great to deal with and Rye Ford gave a great price. Their sales and service staff are wonderful. We have bought 2 Fords from them and refer anyone looking for a new car.

Lousy service, indifferent deals and a sales manager who looks like he couldn't pass a breathalyzer test to save his life.
Why put up with all the aggravation when there are so many other Ford dealers right in Westchester/Fairfield?

hope people who read this understand how useless the service has been in the past year, not once but twice I have been screwed over by this abysmal service. the first back last year, my heater (motor blower as they call it) gave out in the worst time! The car was sitting there and not doing anything and like with another reviewer the sales associates bring excuse after excuse you could make a list of it! Finally after 4 months of driving in winter without a blower it's fixed! Today the experience only worsened. I asked for an oil change and a 15,000 mile service . wait all day, the dummy sales associate forgot to tell the mechs to do the service! so I end up with an oil change and no 15000 service. Apologies galore ensued but I wasn't having any of it! I should have took my business elsewhere a year ago.

I have been trying to get my Ford Escape's DVD player fixed for over five months. I have visited the service Department 4 OR 5 times. Each time they say they'll fix it, but around 4 pm after the car sits there all day, they call me with excuses about why they'll need the car back on another day. These include, saying that that the DVD expert didn't show up twice after they told me an appointment had been made. Then they told me twice that I needed new parts and the DVD expert forgot to bring them. Finally I was referred to a manager 6 weeks ago and we made another appt. She assured me it would be fixed that day. Once again the DVD expert didn't have the parts. To make matters worse, I told the manager Darlene to leave the car open as I would get there just after closing. She locked me out of my car. I didn't have the keypad code as it's my wife's car. She told me bluntly the next day, IT IS WHAT IT IS! I called today after meeting the manager Darlene three weeks ago and was told she left and all her paperwork was lost. There is still no resolution yet and my kids haven't enjoyed driving with us! SHAME ON FORD! MISERABLE SERVICE!
