Great place if you can't obtain or afford health care in NYC

So far, I've had about a dozen experiences here in the past year (phone calls to schedule appointment, blood tests, doctor visits) and have nothing but good things to say, both about the facility and the staff at Ryan-NENA. This place is a well oiled machine as far as I'm concerned and runs better than most private offices I've been to during other periods of my life.

Everyone I've interacted with--from the front desk receptionist/cashier to the doctors themselves--has been friendly, courteous, and professional. I also love the online patient portal and text/e-mail confirmations of scheduled appointments.

Overall, I'm extremely impressed.

Excellent service

I am usually not a picky person when it comes to doctors, and have no qualms about if it is a male or female when it comes to Women's Clinic. I don't know who I had but she was female, and she was about the most tactless and careless person I have ever met. All her procedures she did hurt, and I have quite a high pain tolerance. Unfortunately, I will probably be coming back here because I don't have insurance and I can't afford health care, so this is my cheapest option.

However, the office people and receptionists are extremely courteous (wow! at a Doctor's office???), and when I went to the Eye Clinic, they refunded my money back since they were unable to help me (I needed a prescription for contacts).

Terrible, terrible clinic - wish I had just spent money and gone to a private physician. Left me with a lot of anxiety about doctors visits.
