The waiting time on a phone call is nerve recking. The music is loud and terrible and at times the receptionist answering the calls sound irritated! I have been going to this center for years and love Dr Solis, and find the waiting time reasonable but am disappointed on how calls are handled. The call back system called but then there was silence! It is so hard to get through in a timely fashion. One star for phone response!

Extremely well run, I have never been left waiting for very long before or during my appointments. The staff is friendly and efficient. They have a great online portal for making appointments and viewing lab results. Some of the doctors are young but are thorough and well supervised.
I have excellent insurance and would have lots of other options and I have never been as happy with my medical care as I am here. I have never had any of the problems that some other reviewers cite.
