I called Rutherford Car and Limousine Service to make a reservation for an upcoming flight out of EWR. The person who answered asked my name and was obsessed with whether I had ever used their service before.
He seemed to be incapable of taking a reservation until he determined if I was already in their computer.
Apparently Rutherford Car and Limousine Service will only deal with existing customers.

I used Rutherford's Limousine Service for my ride to and from the airport on my last trip to New Jersey. Great service on both occasions. The booking process was really simple.The limo was clean and well stocked, and the driver was very professional, friendly and on time. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had some business in New Jersey and used Rutherford Car Services several times both to/from the airport as well as to meetings. I used them throughout my stay because they provided prompt, courteous service at a reasonable price. Each driver was very friendly and professional. The cars seemed very new and I was pleased with the quality. I will definitely use them again in the future.
