Ruth's Chris Steak House

Food was good but I would not say extraordinary, particularly for the prices. We had a 7:30 reservation & were not seated until 8:30; that being after a 40 minute drive to get to the restaurant. The least management should have done was buy us a drink but actually when I questioned the front desk after waiting 30 minutes, they weren't very accommodating or friendly. Waiter was fabulous though. Restaurant not worth all the hype.

Great place to enjoy loved ones for fine dining.

Ruth's Chris is a very solid steakhouse chain, and this location is as good as any other. I give it 5 stars because of the limited alternatives in the area, and the the excellent renovations in late 2015 to the bar area and expanding with a private dining room. You know what you are getting here.

Visited with my family. Perfect steak! I had mediam cooked steak. And that was exactly mediam cooked! Staff gave me good service.

Overcooked steak, then undercooked steak, stopped trying after that. You're a high end steak house, I shouldn't be able to cook a better steak in my kitchen than you. After the second debacle with the steak, the waiter essentially gave up on us completely. They dropped the second steak without making sure it was cooked properly after screwing up the first one. Manager did her best to compensate, expressed genuine concern, but this is the second time in a row we've had a bad experience with Ruth Chris (last bad experience was in the Ocean City, MD location last month.) For the price, things should go pretty much perfect and lately it's been anything but. Very disappointing and downright sad. Used to be one of our favorite places to go for a special meal/experience, can't say that anymore for sure.
