Rukkus

I recently bought tickets from Rukkus as gift for my boyfriend. It was a show that I really wanted to take him to but the original ticket prices were definitely out of my budget. I checked out Rukkus and I was able to find pretty amazing seats for WAY less than I would have paid if I'd gone directly to the venue. I got the tickets in plenty of time for the show - even with initially putting the wrong address - thanks to their customer service reps who were friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a good deal on event tickets, I would definitely recommend Rukkus!

This was my first time using Rukkus and I was skeptical, however, I am very happy with my purchase! The tickets were emailed to me promptly & I was able to print them immediately. I had no issues with billing and pricing was slightly less than other sites. I was worried after the purchase as I noticed the tickets seemed to still be for sale. I emailed Rukkus and someone responded in a timely manner, reassuring me that the purchase was valid. Also, Oliver from customer support texted me the night of the concert to remind me to print the tickets & to wish us a good time. When all tickets to the Justin Bieber concert seemed to be sold out or too pricey, Rukkus helped make my daughter a very happy birthday girl! I will surely use them again :)

I ordered 2 tickets for the Mets vs. Nationals 8 rows from the field and
saved $60.00 compared to the Mets Ticket Office prices. I printed the tickets the next day. You can't beat that!

They were on top of their game and communicated very well with us. I went to the last Kings game in the Natamos arena and it made for one heck of an expirence. Rukkus had incomparable prices compared to other ticket websites. They even called and communicated that we were able to get better seats too then what we were going to order. Will definitely use again.

Great overall experience. After my original tickets I bought were sold before I hit the submit button, a rep from rukkus called me on the phone and made sure he got me into another section of the game and threw in an extra ticket for my inconvenience. Great company to deal with!
