Every time I ate there, the pastries I tried tasted good. Except I wish the prices were less steep.... it's really overpriced in my opinion.

My favorite place!!!! The cakes and pastries are to die for and the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. It's great they preserve the German and Italian traditions of Ridgewood. Everything here is done with love and it shows!

So relaxing to just sit and zip a hot chocolate (soy and almond milk options available! ) with a gluten-free flourless cake. Yummy! ♡

Since my family has German blood and many of my relatives hail from Queens, a box of assorted Rudy's cookies have been a staple of just about any of our gatherings. Cookies are just moist enough, and the ones dunked in chocolate (AKA the ones I reach for) are generously coated. Although I'm don't enjoy them as much as the chocolates, my family members rave over the jelly-sandwiched cookies!
Just like Zum Stammtisch (my other favorite go-to German spot in Queens), these guys have been in business for ages, and I'll always support the family owned/operated business, even if their tasty treats may be a tad bit pricier.

Expect to indulge in some delicious desert while drinking your delicious cold or hot fresh coffee. This bakery stands out among all of the others. It is CLEAN and the coffee is great. You smell the fresh baked goods all on display as soon as you get to the front door. And then you HAVE to buy something more than you came for.
