I was disappointed with the way the funeral director behaved, he was throwing everyone out no respect for the family in grief, no respect for the person who passed. The person grieving he treated like it was no big deal and just total disregard for there pain. Very mean and horrible way of dealing with people who are going through this kind of situation and pain. They are paying for a service don't be disrespectful, your a service how about thinking about ur customers instead of how much money your making today.
